Welcome to Wonderland. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wonderland website and app (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who can use Wonderland
Wonderland is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your location, whichever is higher). By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this requirement. Creators must complete age and identity verification before they can publish content or receive earnings.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or applicable law.
3. Creators and content
If you publish content, you confirm that you own it or have the full legal right to share it, and that everyone appearing in it is an adult who has given informed consent. You keep ownership of your content and grant Wonderland a limited licence to host and display it so the Platform can function.
4. Tokens, purchases and earnings
Wonderland uses an in-app credit called tokens. Supporters buy tokens and spend them to unlock content or message creators. Creators receive tokens for content their supporters unlock and may request to withdraw their earnings, subject to our payment and payout terms. Token purchases are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.
5. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not upload, request or share any content that is illegal, that involves anyone under 18, that is non-consensual, or that otherwise breaks our Content Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. We operate a strict zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse material and non-consensual content, and we report such material to the relevant authorities.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, remove, or restrict content and accounts that breach these Terms or the law. Serious or repeated violations can result in permanent removal and, where required, referral to law enforcement.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Wonderland is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
