18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement
This statement relates to U.S. record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A.
Records
Wonderland requires every creator to complete age and identity verification before they are permitted to publish content. Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that they, and any person appearing in their content, are adults aged 18 or over and have consented to the content being created and shared.
Creator responsibility
As the producers of their own content, creators are responsible for creating and maintaining any age-verification and consent records required by the laws that apply to them, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable. By uploading content, creators confirm they hold such records.
Compliance & reporting
Wonderland does not permit content involving minors under any circumstances and reports any such material to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
